A couple of days ago, I mentioned a person who is the best entrepreneur I’ve ever known. I am going to add a new task to my Monk Mode challenge. Starting tomorrow, I will watch one of his videos each day and take notes. His first videos (2013) have a length of 2-8 mins but his other videos have a length of 10-60 mins. I will watch one video every day (if the videos are 2 mins, I will watch 10 mins of videos). I complete the first meditation with my friends at 7.30 am every day but I couldn’t join them for 2 days. I believe I will solve this sleep issue by Monday. Not: Türkçe içerik için aşağıya kaydırmayı unutma! Hi friend, Nothing extraordinary happened today. Likewise the previous days, I consistently kept going through this challenge. I hope I will complete it in 30 days. For 13 days, I nearly didn’t pay attention to my diet. I focused on exercise because, as happened to me a couple of months ago, I would have started exercising, followed a good diet plan, read 10 pages/day etc. I couldn’t complete all of them for 3 days. In this way, I am on the half of the way to creating healthy habits. For 15 days, I will not change anything from this challenge. However, on my 16th day, I will add 3 more exercises to my workout, read 15+ pages/day, and 2 times of meditation per day. After 30 days, I will restart this challenge with 30 days more and focus on my diet especially. I was busy after 6 pm, that’s a lot of time for me :/ Anyways, as I mentioned in the previous Z Report, I will decide on my primary income source. I’m going to continue my e-commerce business. In that way, I won’t be needed to learn new skill sets. I ran e-commerce stores before and will do that more. However, I will change my strategy. I learned from my mistakes. (you can reply to this email) It’s something like having the best ideas and hopping among them every day. I can consider myself as an example; there are GREAT ideas for my business in my mind. However, no one cares about your IDEAS . People care about your end results. Nearly in 3 or 4 days, I got lots of ideas but I am not sure about which one I should implement first. I don’t have a clue about the ORDER of my ideas, so I try one of them for 2 days, the other one for 3 days etc. That’s the Shiny Object Syndrome . I started reading that book on May 14 and it finished today. It took lots of time because I also recorded my voice while reading. So, this book is like the books I was talking about yesterday (I record my voice for some books to listen to like an audiobook). 3 things I learned from 7-Day Monk Mode

Here are the top 3 things that I learned: Increase in my reading quality: I started taking notes from books properly. I tried lots of methods while reading such as just reading, taking notes on the book and reading books loudly and taking voice recordings. For the last couple of weeks, I read books by taking notes and organizing them. I highly recommend this technique. Exercising properly: I wouldn’t exercise before this challenge. After starting this challenge, I started exercising every day properly. Some days I couldn’t exercise for 30 mins, some days I did it for more than 30 mins. I think making something every day is more important than making lots of things in one day. Relaxed and dedicated mind: I started meditation every day. Actually, I was meditating before this challenge for nearly 50 days and it gave me a lot

Merhaba Dostum, Bugün itibarıyla başladığım challenge için bir Z Raporu yazmak, seni bilgilendirmek ve bu sürece seni de dahil etmek istiyorum. Z Raporu #1 ✅ 15 dakika meditasyon yapıldı. ✅ 10 sayfa non-fiction bir kitap okundu. (kitap: Bilinçaltının Gücü) ✅ 30 dakika egzersiz yapıldı. ✅ 4 litre su içildi. ✅ Durum selfie'si (progress picture) çekildi. ✅ Gelecek planları yazıldı ve yatmadan önce okundu. ✅ Ertesi gün planı yapıldı. Günlük yayınlayacağım Z Raporlarına ek olarak bir yandan şu anda okuduğum kitap, Bilinçaltının Gücü, üzerine bir makale hazırlıyorum. 10 saat sonra yeni bir challenge benim için tekrardan başlıyor!

  Merhaba dostum, Uzun bir süredir aralıklarla belirli dönemler uyguladığım bir challenge olan Monk Mode (Rahip Modu) benim için tekrar başlıyor… Son birkaç yıldır, ne zaman bir buhran dönemine girsem, ne zaman üzerine uğraştığım şeylerden istediğim verimi alamasam ya da kendimi kendi küçük iş dünyamda yeterince aksiyon almıyormuş gibi hissetsem aralıklarla “inziva“ durumuna çekilip bu challenge’ı ya da bunun benzeri diğer challenge’ları uyguluyorum. Son iki haftadır ana işlerimi bir miktar askıya alıp kendi websitemi kodlamak ile meşguldüm. Lakin farkettim ki bunu kendime bir bahane olarak kabul ediyorum ve yapmam gereken işleri bu yüzden erteliyorum. Artık bunu değiştirmenin vakti geldi! Kendimin en iyi versiyonunu elde etmek için tam 30 gün boyunca Rahip Modu’nda olaracağım.
