Not: Türkçe çeviri için aşağıya kaydırabilirsin. Hello, my friend, Yesterday was the 7th day of the Monk Mode challenge. I’ve learned many things from this journey. Here are the top 3 things that I learned: Increase in my reading quality: I started taking notes from books properly. I tried lots of methods while reading such as just reading, taking notes on the book and reading books loudly and taking voice recordings. For the last couple of weeks, I read books by taking notes and organizing them. I highly recommend this technique. Exercising properly: I wouldn’t exercise before this challenge. After starting this challenge, I started exercising every day properly. Some days I couldn’t exercise for 30 mins, some days I did it for more than 30 mins. I think making something every day is more important than making lots of things in one day. Relaxed and dedicated mind: I started meditation every day. Actually, I was meditating before this challenge for nearly 50 days and it gave me a lot

Hello my friend, As I mentioned in the previous letter, I read lots of books for nearly 4 years. I gained lots of knowledge and experience throughout this journey. As I promised in the previous letter, I will share my best 10 books that everyone must read in this letter. Additionally, you will find my personal Notion template to track those books and organize your reading activity for free at the end of the letter. Don’t forget to duplicate it in your own space! Not: Yazdıklarımın Türkçe çevirisi için aşağıya kaydırmayı unutma! Hello everyone, I salute those who have joined my email newsletter! In this letter, I will explain what I will share with you here and the topics I will cover throughout this process. In late 2019, I started reading books on entrepreneurship, money, human nature, marketing, and also philosophy. I gained a lot of knowledge from these books, and instead of keeping it to myself, I want to help newcomers to this field who are looking for guidance. I plan to share my knowledge through blog posts on my website and newsletters like the one you are currently reading. First of all, I will share my favorite quotes and stories from the books I read on a weekly basis. In the next letter, I will probably provide some recommendations on 9 must-read books that everyone should read. These books will be about human relationships, money, psychology, and habits, and I believe they are essential for anyone who wants to improve themselves.

Hello, this is Osman. This is my first letter of this newsletter. I hope I can provide something valuable to you. Nearly 2 months ago I wrote a blog post on Medium about my self-improvement journey. As I mentioned there, I started a Self-Improvement Challenge which contains reading books about sales, negotiation, human nature, and money. I will write weekly emails about the journey and share the summaries of the completed books. Stay tune! Best Regards. Osman. Any question: osmannurierdogann@gmail.com
