I complete the first meditation with my friends at 7.30 am every day but I couldn’t join them for 2 days. I believe I will solve this sleep issue by Monday. Z Report #16 ✅ Meditation for 15 minutes twice a day ✅ Read 10+ pages of a non-fiction book. ✅ Workout with 3 more exercise ✅ Drink a gallon of water. ✅ Take a progress picture ✅ Write future plans and read before sleep. ✅ Plan the next day.
