I complete the first meditation with my friends at 7.30 am every day but I couldn’t join them for 2 days. I believe I will solve this sleep issue by Monday. Not: Türkçe içerik için aşağıya kaydırmayı unutma! Hi friend, Nothing extraordinary happened today. Likewise the previous days, I consistently kept going through this challenge. I hope I will complete it in 30 days. For 13 days, I nearly didn’t pay attention to my diet. I focused on exercise because, as happened to me a couple of months ago, I would have started exercising, followed a good diet plan, read 10 pages/day etc. I couldn’t complete all of them for 3 days. In this way, I am on the half of the way to creating healthy habits. For 15 days, I will not change anything from this challenge. However, on my 16th day, I will add 3 more exercises to my workout, read 15+ pages/day, and 2 times of meditation per day. After 30 days, I will restart this challenge with 30 days more and focus on my diet especially. I was busy after 6 pm, that’s a lot of time for me :/ Anyways, as I mentioned in the previous Z Report, I will decide on my primary income source. I’m going to continue my e-commerce business. In that way, I won’t be needed to learn new skill sets. I ran e-commerce stores before and will do that more. However, I will change my strategy. I learned from my mistakes. (you can reply to this email) It’s something like having the best ideas and hopping among them every day. I can consider myself as an example; there are GREAT ideas for my business in my mind. However, no one cares about your IDEAS . People care about your end results. Nearly in 3 or 4 days, I got lots of ideas but I am not sure about which one I should implement first. I don’t have a clue about the ORDER of my ideas, so I try one of them for 2 days, the other one for 3 days etc. That’s the Shiny Object Syndrome . But I need to fix that problem ASAP to fix my mental health. Tomorrow, I will write a new letter about this situation and decide on my primary income source. Today I watched 5 videos and took notes from them. Something exceptional is coming… On my website (osmannurierdogan.com), there are some delays between frontend and backend communication. I think they are because of the backend hosting provider. I will solve that problem to get a faster website.
